Import your Program Policies & MentorCity Terms of Use

When programs import their policies and/or privacy policy well as the MentorCity terms of use, those will appear to all new users upon login for the very first time. The new users will have to read them and agree to the program policies and MentorCity terms of use in order to continue using the e-mentoring platform. 

This being said, make sure to this before onboarding mentors and mentees onto the e-mentoring platform. 


1. Click on the “Admin” tab on the left-hand side of the page.


2. Click on "Company Policies" under the "Customize" section of the administrator dashboard. This is located on the bottom right-hand side. 


3. Click on Add your Company's policy


4. Add your program policies to the body of the "Description" box.











5. Download the MentorCity Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by clicking on the below link. Save it somewhere on your computer or on the cloud.

6. Add the MentorCity Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by clicking on Choose File .


6.1 Find the document you just saved on your computer, select it and click Open.


7. Click Create Company Policy to save your work. 


8.0 Any new users will land on the program policy page as illustrated below upon their first login.

Please note that if you update the program policies, existing user will also see this the next time they login to the e-mentoring platform and will have to agree/disagree to the new policy.
