Monitoring live calls

How can live calls be monitored?

 

Answer

Program administrators are able to join-in and monitor members conversations when live calls are in session.

Step 1:
From the Admin Dashboard, select 'Relationships'. Navigate to 'Calls' and click on In Progress beneath 'Status'.

Step 2

After clicking on In Progress, you will be taken to the member's page.

Select 'Join Meeting' to gain access to the ongoing meeting.
